5:2 didn’t work for me; just tooo hungry on the 2s and then ate like a pig on the 5s. 14:10 works though. It’s very natural for me not to eat until 10am. I find I don’t get hungry until I start eating. Also, I only eat three times a day, which means I get to eat bigger meals than if I had morning and afternoon tea, and that also means my insulin gets a chance to taper off before the next meal. I don’t get very hungry in between. My husband asked me this morning how I’m losing weight without being grumpy and I think those two things are key, along with eating lots of protein, and not much carbs.

Finally, one research review considered 2 randomized controlled trials, 2 uncontrolled trials, 1 biomarker study, and 5 observational studies. This study supports the safety of flaxseeds for women with a history of breast cancer, noting, “ Current evidence suggests that flax may be associated with decreased risk of breast cancer. Flax demonstrates antiproliferative effects in breast tissue of women at risk of breast cancer and may protect against primary breast cancer. Mortality risk may also be reduced among those living with breast cancer .”

Fibromyalgia is a bugger of  an issue, and I still don't understand why I have it...It has been in my life for about 25yrs along with the 'Chronic Fatigue Syndrome' business...also another mystery to me.  I just try and keep as fit and healthy as I can (both physically and mentally), and live a very mindful daily existence (which helps keep any depression/anxiety at manageable levels). I also find it necessary to pace myself with daily activities. Your spinal  stuff sounds awful...were you aware that there are medications around now that help with nerve pain - they might offer something for you??
